I don't know brown......I think it might do you good to get outside in the wind.....I mean yes, it is a clown show, but all clowns eventually have to go to sleep and the show ends.

I agree 100%, it’s important to stay caught up with the latest so as not to get caught off guard. It’s going to be devastating to all those who didn’t see any of this coming. But yes…it’s hard to look away sometimes.
I believe each and every one of us who has a voice and who hasn’t been bamboozled, or hasn’t surrendered to the dark side, is a significant part of the opposition, but ultimately it’s en masse where we will yield our power and hopefully turn the tide. And it will turn…surely as the earth keeps turning.
Clown show indeed. What messes with my mind, more even than the evil-doer’s plans, is the folks willing to go along with it. They are the truly scary ones, in my mind. If everyone would just refuse to go along, the evil ones would lose their powers.
I do agree with Buffalo Ken though. Remove oneself from the daily (hourly!) onslaught of clown-news, and the world takes on its familiar stillness.
I do however appreciate your take on the situation, it is good to have tribe members (team truth) that see ‘reality’ the same way.

I tend to see the enablers of any large enough grouping of people for the current elitist driven fashion, as just that, they are told this is the new fashion and off they go. The control of fashion is mostly hype and the delivery of hype trough advertising. Who has the most advertising support, as we both know, it is the elitists. So to surrender your equilibrium on the mindless crowd it a waist. Bringing some of that crowd into our tribe would be a wonderfully uplifting thing. However, I don’t expect to be wildly successful in any way. For this reason, my mental equilibrium is still screwed up mostly by the elitists. I feel this sacrifice of my peace of mind to keep abreast of what they are cooking up is my contribution in apposing their worst hare brained agendas. I am not so unhinged that I think my contribution is anything significant, however, we are a large tribe and when we move together, the sum total is hopefully significant. My equilibrium would be even more tattered if I am caught unawares when the bombs start dropping around those I care about.
You hit the nail on the head by pointing out the need to remove oneself from the onslaught of clown news. There are times when I fail to do so, probably a function of lack of mental control.
Again, thanks for your reminder to re-center myself. It’s a balancing act that I need to get better at.
