Why do we not yet have a critical mass of great people who can stand up to, or, lead even more of us, to build a serious opposition against the elitists?
Where are the independent voices coming together to form the chorus that can, hopefully, make our grievances be heard, and, more importantly, be feared by those who are and will do us harm?
I read so many articles (1,2,3,4 just a small recent sample), from many authors, that suggests there is a cohesive understanding about so much the elitists have done that harms or has the potential to kill us, along with our brothers and sisters, yet, the voices are scattered, the actions never coalesce towards a powerful sustained opposition towards the cause of so much suffering, the elitists agendas.
Of course, there is the distinct possibility that the revolution is there, but, I have been blinded. I admit that is a possibility, since I am in a back water of sorts. There have been boutique demonstrations and coming together of truly heroic figures to confront one wrong or another. However, these seems, to me, to be wonderful occurrences but does not have the effect of more constant pressure on bad actors.
There has been many great court cases, and, some of them have even been won. The problem is the truly difficult cases, the ones that would bring the criminals to justice, not only have they not been won, some courts out right refuse to hear many them. Does anyone believe, if the judiciary was not compromised, that we would have had such an attack on our freedoms without even a debate in court? I may have a simplistic view of the legal system, however, over time, I have seen horrendous punishments for trivial crimes, for the masses, and, insulting slaps on the wrist for elitists that have committed truly grievous crimes that are repeated many times. If you lived through the 2008-2009 financial crisis, I think, you cannot help but see how the financial criminals, that created that catastrophe, are not punished, they were rewarded. Some blame it on deregulation of the banking, however, the banking system push and lobbied hard to get the deregulation, after all they are good citizens and will police themselves. The institutions that are suppose to safeguard the public has been taken over. In Canada, even a signatory of the constitution trying to bring a case against the government on constitutional grounds, the government in turn request the court to refuse to hear the case, these are the seeds of tyranny being sown. All agencies must be viewed with suspicion. We need to find another way, however, any other way that attempts to curtail tyranny will be labelled as terrorists. There will necessarily be pain for many before the birth of any new system responsive to the many can be brought about.
Forget your vote, from the people we are allowed to vote for, to the role money plays to get someone elected, to myriad ways the votes can be cheated and since any law can be rewritten it is time to acknowledge the futility of the current circus of elections. We are at a major branch in the road, strangely cleared of much of the smoke from the elitists. We must make a choice, take a path, for more self determination or acquiesce to complete tyranny. If tyranny suits you, do nothing, the boot will descend on your adoring face, you can then more easily lick the sole of the oppressing boot. If you want some degree of self determination, the path is already shown to be painful and full of danger, it may not come to pass for our generation, however, a semblance of freedom for our children and future generations is worth my sacrifice, perhaps an insignificant one.
I think, we have reached a juncture that has shown that the normal avenues of seeking resolution for injustices, for the many, have been systematically closed to the public and have been infiltrated by the elitist controlled puppets. I am not holding my breath for significant change to come from efforts in that quarter. So any solution, seems to me, to have to be a construct with the set aim to be, for the people, by the people and no officer within can set themselves up as life long careerists that can and most likely will be corrupted.
This will be seen as revolutionary and a threat to the status quo. The status quo and their shadow government of the elitist need to be countered by self governance of transparency and light. Why has such a thing not already happened? I think that, the careerist politicians will see it as a challenge to their opaque power structure, therefore, out of their insatiable need for unchallenged power, they will fight back with all the slimy set of tools they have learned to wield. The elitists certainly would not want to have any structure that unites the people to exist, for our power is in unity.
What is keeping so many admirable efforts that has not inspired enough adherence to create a true force to be reckoned with? Why are they separate efforts not merging to bring about change? Are the individual efforts so enamoured of their creation that joining together is being hindered? That is the same greed for power that the elitists suffer from. So I hope that is not the case.
This article is populated by a lot of questions and, to be honest, a good amount of speculation. Never the less, I put the seeds out there, the ground does not seem promising, but, even if my ideas are seen as insane and the seeds turn out to be infertile, my hope is others, many of whom have shown themselves to see further than me, will plant the seeds of change, which we need so desperately. If the alignment is there I for one will be a small support. I think there are many like myself out there.
Start the revolution.
You seem to wish for an alternative centralised replacement for the existing corrupted centralised establishment we have today - mega-centralisation doesn't work - it always gets corrupted to a final point of failure - history is ripe with examples and not one has succeeded because human nature is constant and the outcome is predictable.
My answer is 'localised communities' which will emerge naturally from the shipwreck that is our global financial system as it inevitably fails in the coming years. The WEF proposed elite replacement is going ahead anyway and cannot be resisted - the forces against the 99% are too great. In fact it's what the oligarchs crave - an opportunity to finally crush the plebs into slavery. I wrote about this recently:
https://austrianpeter.substack.com/p/the-financial-jigsaw-part-2-special-36e?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
My book, 'The financial Jigsaw Part 1' describes the global financial system and explains how and why it is collapsing which is becoming common knowledge as events dictate. I am writing Part 2 now and publishing relevant sections as I go - a la Charles Dickens. https://austrianpeter.substack.com/p/the-financial-jigsaw-part-2-localisation?s=w
My solution is to side-step the WEF by opting out because their weak link in the chain is their need for compliance - and we don't have any requirement to comply - we can create our own off-grid local communities and cooperate within a network as far and wide as transport and communications allow. This paradigm conforms to the requirements of a sustainable complex adaptive system which is of course the nature of our current global economy.
There are many options for the design of local economies which will no doubt be experimented with as our present systems decline. I am proposing the African option of UBUNTU described here: https://austrianpeter.substack.com/p/progressing-plan-b-a-quarterly-review?s=w
Our local community here in a village deep in rural SW England is already set up and thriving - we have no need for 'money' as such but of course we will have local exchange systems based on promissory notes and bills of exchange as our centralised cash systems are withdrawn in favour of CBDCs. This book explains how it worked in 1754 before local banks were created:

As with Part - Part 2 is my gift to my children, my last legacy, as they have already had whatever material inheritance was in my power - I am 78 next month. I am reminded of the wisdom of these words:
"Nations can succumb to pride and a wrong view of wealth—and so can individuals. Jesus gave a parable that showed how subtle this snare can be. He spoke of a rich man whose fields produced very well. Delighted, the man planned to build larger storehouses for his produce and happily looked forward to a long life of comfort. But this did not happen. God said to him: “Unreasonable one, this night they are demanding your soul from you. Who, then, is to have the things you stored up?” Yes, the man died, and his wealth availed him nothing.—Luke 12:16-20."

At the end of the day, folks will get together or they won't.
I think they will, but that is just one opinion.
It is my opinion.
